Curious question...What is the difference between this and KISS??

Just wondering

I have not read all the background to this WOE but to me it sounds a lot like KISS. Both are related to not eating processed foods.

Not a whole lot of difference really.
Both are focused on eating whole foods with little "man made" stuff added, I believe.

Yeah, but if you do strict paleo, you can act all superior and stuff. We humans can make something as simple as eating into an exercise in dogmatic purity.

I have wondered if this was just a name change of something that already exist for someone to make a little money off of common sense.

I will say that now matter how you name it , it does still makes sense.

Been mostly doing KISS for the last 10 years.
