What to easy when youre sick?

I am just getting over a double eye, double ear, nose, and throat infection... I loved eating bananas.. What do you like to eat when you are sick.

Eggs are my "go to" to make sure I get some protein and fats in. Just scrambled or have some hard boiled on hand.

Hmmm... when I'm sick? I want comforting foods...soups and stuff. However, I've never met a steak I didn't like, either.

What sounds good to you? I would probably go for refreshing, juicier food? that sounds kinda strange, it's what I enjoy eating

egg drop soup

Take one can of chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Take an egg and scrmble it and drizzle it into the boiling chicken broth. Add salt/pepper (normally I don't do salt pepper but for this recipe it is a must) and enjoy!

I also like to add some frozen peas as well as they add some texture.

Great easy and tasty recipe for when you aren't feeling well and low carb!

If I can eat I'll usually go for a juicy steak or scrambled eggs with veggies. If I can't eat I'll end up drinking a V8.

When my stomach wasn't liking me much yesterday an avocado shake from Mark's Daily Apple did the trick.

Today I'm thinking about either another shake or egg drop soup.
