Hi everyone!
Breakfast coffee black Pork sausage, no nitrate, sugar, gluten free, super good brand "Mulay's" brand Lunch BIG salad dressing: olive oil, homemade mayo, garlic, black pepper, red wine vinegar (I know, vinegar isnt paleo, I like the flavor) baked chicken in salad Dinner not sure yet Last edited by sadie_adriana; 06-30-2011 at 03:06 PM.. |

1/2 cup of egg whites scrambled; whey protein shake mixed with water; green tea Snacks 1 and 2: Almonds and Blueberries Lunch: Chicken, Lettuce, balsamic vinegar Did not workout today - NO post workout snack Dinner: Turkey burger; 1 cup of egg whites scrambled; blueberries or 1/2 grapefruit for dessert.
