B: protein shake--I don't usually do these, but I couldn't stomach the thought of meat or eggs today

Hello!
B: coffee w/hwc, 3 slices of bacon L: pastured butter (1 tblsp) w/1 tblsp almond butter, 1 oz mixed cashews, almonds, and macadamias (weird lunch today) 1 oz beef jerkey, 1 bunless burger patty--- I usually don't eat nuts except for as a garnishment...today, I am sitting by the pool in 'snack' mode....blah! D: bbq'd drumsticks, salad w/olive oil and lemon juice dessert: 1 square 70% dark chocolate w/1 tsp coconut oil |

l: pastrami reuben, no bread d: hard boiled eggs, bacon I usually eat LOTS of veggies, and this is a rare day for me. We are leaving for a family reunion this weekend and I don't want to buy a lot of food/produce. |

Breakfast
one skinny slice TJ's canadian bacon sauteed in walnut oil, onion, carrot, mushroom, red pepper, tons of spinach Lunch cherry, yellow and red tomatoes farmers market today Dinner oven baked chicken made more of the same saute as above broccoli also made for the first time some kale chips, they are okay, left them in the oven to long I think, eating them is like a 'puff' of fluff lol |
