What's on your Wednesday menu?
 
B: coffee w/half and half and sweet n low
D: tilapia curry over grated cauliflower "rice" or cabbage, not sure yet which
S: small grilled sirloin topped with a fried egg; cucumber slices

B: protein shake--I don't usually do these, but I couldn't stomach the thought of meat or eggs today
L: large salad with chicken and feta, blueberries, and nuts
D: don't know yet...maybe a steak and baked potato, plus greek yogurt and heavy cream for desert

B: 1/2 cup of egg whites scrambled; whey protein shake
S: Almonds and blueberries
L: Rotisserie Chicken, lettuce, balsamic vinegar
S: Almonds and blueberries
Post workout snack: whey protein shake with l-glutamine
D: Turkey burger, 1/2 cup of egg whites and 1/2 a grapefruit

Hello! :)

B: coffee w/hwc, 3 slices of bacon
L: pastured butter (1 tblsp) w/1 tblsp almond butter, 1 oz mixed cashews, almonds, and macadamias (weird lunch today) 1 oz beef jerkey, 1 bunless burger patty--- I usually don't eat nuts except for as a garnishment...today, I am sitting by the pool in 'snack' mode....blah!
D: bbq'd drumsticks, salad w/olive oil and lemon juice
dessert: 1 square 70% dark chocolate w/1 tsp coconut oil

b: coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon, 2 scrambled eggs, bacon
l: pastrami reuben, no bread
d: hard boiled eggs, bacon

I usually eat LOTS of veggies, and this is a rare day for me. We are leaving for a family reunion this weekend and I don't want to buy a lot of food/produce.

Breakfast
one skinny slice TJ's canadian bacon
sauteed in walnut oil, onion, carrot, mushroom, red pepper, tons of spinach


Lunch
cherry, yellow and red tomatoes farmers market today

Dinner
oven baked chicken
made more of the same saute as above
broccoli

also made for the first time some kale chips, they are okay, left them in the oven to long I think, eating them is like a 'puff' of fluff lol

pastrami ruben sounds amazing, I dont eat dairy, but it would still be good with my homemade mayo and kraut
