What's on the menu for Monday?
 
B: coffee
D: eggs cooked in butter with spinach, onions and tomatoes
S: grilled sirloin and a big salad w/evoo and vinegar

B: coffee black, eggs cooked in butter.
L: Taco Skillet (cabbage, ground beef) without the cheese.
D: ???

Good morning! :)

B: scrambled eggs in CO, bacon, coffee w/hwc, water
L: I may skip it because my breakfast is so filling...if not, maybe some nuts, or a dark chocolate square with CO on top
D: some type of grilled meat and veggies, water

I'm really focusing on water today as I haven't been drinking enough. I also saw on the Eades' website that it helps with fat burning, and I definitely need help with THAT! LOL!

Breakfast was late
coffee, black (coffee LOVER)
sauteed onion, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, leftover taco meat

Menu:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup eggs whites scrambled; protein shake mixed with water; green tea

Snack: 5 blueberries, 15 almonds

Lunch: chicken breast with cucumbers, a bit of red onion, mixed greens, 1-1/2 T of balsamic vinegar

Snack: 5 blueberries, 15 almonds

Post Workout Snack: Protein shake with 1teaspoon of l-glutamine mixed with water.

Dinner: Cup of egg whites scrambled; 3 strawberries; green tea

Water? About a gallon.

B: hard boiled eggs, bacon, coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon
s: celery, brocolli, red pepper with avocado - handful of "turkey bites" (jerky things)
lunch/dinner: @ buffet (today is my 13.5 hour day at work). I had small beef patties, no bun, steamed broc, green beans and chicken breast
s: blue, black and raspberries
