share your paleo(or almost paleo) menus for Saturday!
Breakfast was 3 scrambled eggs in butter (not giving up the butter) and a banana.
Most closely following the Paleo for Endurance Athletes. Mostly given up dairy (except butter) and adding in a few more fruits to support marathon training. Down 6 pounds in a couple of weeks after a long stall. Eleven mile run done. |
