Breakfast was 3 scrambled eggs in butter (not giving up the butter) and a banana.
Most closely following the Paleo for Endurance Athletes. Mostly given up dairy (except butter) and adding in a few more fruits to support marathon training. Down 6 pounds in a couple of weeks after a long stall.
Eleven mile run done.
B: just coffee w/sweet n low and half&half
D: turkey burger w/pickles and mustard on romaine lettuce
S: chicken breast sauteed in coconut oil and tabasco; steamed chopped cabbage; romaine and cucumbers w/vinegar
B: 1/2 cup of egg whites, protein shake
Post workout snack: protein shake
L: Steak and eggs
D: Not sure as yet.
