Want to share your paleo(or almost paleo) menus for today?
Might help to give each other ideas
For me I had my coffee w/sweet 'n low and half and half (my "almost) part rest of the day: tea (unsweetened) and water Dinner: ground turkey patty seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder topped with Cilantro and Garlic chimichuri salsa ; steamed cabbage Supper: boneless chicken thigh meat sauteed in coconut oil with a diced tomato, garlic, a little onion and fresh spinach (salt, pepper, maybe some crushed red pepper flakes) If hungry: hard boiled egg or two |

Hello!!
B: 3 eggs scrambled in CO, 4 slices bacon, coffee w/hwc (not Paleo on the cream, but oh well!) L: BBQ'd salmon, roasted asparagus D: steak kabobs w/grilled peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms; coffee w/hwc for dessert |

Ok... didn't eat lunch. I ate it as a snack, basically. LOL! For 'lunch' I had 1 small square of dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of almond butter. Yum!!

Late breakfast
2 eggs made sorta deviled, homemade mayo, mustard coffee Lunch VERY big salad with red leaf, romaine red cabbage, red onion cukes,radish bbq steak made the dressing right on top of salad evoo,red wine vinegar,blob homemade mayo,salt,pepper,grated clove garlic this dressing is SO good Afternoon snack: lettuce leaf (red) with tuna/mayo/green onion mixture and pickle slice Dinner: was a bigger salad of the same, I really love it I will have some frozen blueberries with a small amount of coconut milk on top for bedtime snack |

Here's my almost:
2 eggs with bacon and cheese (I can't let go of bacon or dairy!) 1 iced coffee with splash HWC chicken breast with onions, peppers, mushrooms; mashed turnips; romaine with HB egg and green pepper, splash oil and vinegar |
