Whole 30 Paleo committment.........
And the scale is down for the first time in 6 weeks. My calories are the in the same range as when I was eating hwc, occassional yogurt, and artificial sweetners.
Another support cite has a few female members who have observed that dairy is a problem for many women. Interesting. I think the "switch" was relatively easy for me since I was already healthy low carb anyway, so no carb flu. For those who think that it is a calorie issue............ I am in the same range of calories, and eating more carbs (fruit - berries). I suspected it was dairy - something in the composition of dairy and my particular system. I've also given up artificial sweetners, but I don't think they were an issue and I didn't have too many to start (splenda in iced tea, less than 2 diet sodas a week, some sf Torani if I made a treat coffee).
