Hi everyone! (Newbie on modified Paleo)
 
Hi all!!

So I started my low-carb/modified-paleo eating pattern 3 days ago and WOW!!! Am I excited!! Feel fantastic! :kicking:
  • For months: lost a bit, then up down up down up down. Change diet and....
  • Day one: 1 lb. lost
  • Day two: 1/2 lb. lost
  • Day three: 1 lb. lost

Woohoo!! :clap: Anyway, I was looking up recipes and advice etc etc etc, and I kept coming across this board so I figured that it was time to join!!

So... let's be friends!

I should also add.... I was 180 at one time, got down to about 135, then due to illness and some other junk, got back up to 158. Was never able to reach my goal, but now I'm sure I have the right tools in-hand!!

What WOE were you following beforehand? What's your typical daily menu on paleo?

I'm just on general low carb at the moment but I was thinking of giving paleo a go for a week or 2.

My doc says I'm paleo plus dairy. You can read my story on the thread, "VANITY WEIGHT ACHIEVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

It has been a while since you posted. I'd love to hear an update. I started Primal Blueprint on May 10th and have lost 18.2 lbs so for. I'm loving it!
