hows everyone doing?
I ran out of HWC and I'm thinking I am going to try to go a month without it. I did just buy some kerrygold butter last week so I think I'm going to allow myself butter on occassion & liquid stevia for coconut bark while trying the transition of no other dairy.
String cheese has become such a staple go to for me and I do love feta. I dont think dairy is nec. and evil for me but I do want to go a bit with no cheese or hwc and see how I feel.
I was really relying on iced coffees to get me through social functions but I was starting to get very heavy handed with my cream and it was replacing meals...once in awhile ok..but it was becoming daily and I just don't feel healthy right now despite cutting the carbs.
I got Robb Wolfs book from the library and the 30 day menu sounds fantastic minus the fruit for me, for now.

A lot of the brands she uses are the same ones I like, so that's always a plus cooking
