I had the same problem while using CO daily. Just am sensitive to it.
HSV is a funny virus. There are food lists and some apply consistently and others don't. I cannot go around w cold sores on my mouth....it's just nasty. |

Today is Day 7 and the cravings are hitting me hard for some reason. I think it's because I don't have to work today and am sitting around the house doing nothing. Boredom eating/cravings. I made brownies for a party a few days ago and have some leftovers sitting on my kitchen countertop. I suggested to my SD that she take some to her boyfriend and my husband groaned. He wants them here. Okay, then eat the damn things!
I haven't cheated yet. |

I completed my 30 day paleo challenge and still going strong. I love it!! I like the cookbook "Everyday Paleo". It's awesome! I usually have 3 different dishes portioned and ready to go(about 5 portions each). It helped keep me on track.

Interesting about the coconut oil/milk causing cold sores.
I wonder if it has to do with the CO/M revving up your immune system? Kind of beating up the viruses and bacteria and they don't want to give up without a fight? |

You know you are doing well when the thought of flour and sugar makes you this

Thanks guys! This is my first weekend on it... this is normally when I screw up, but so far so good. Not thinking about food all the time. I like it!

I know, this is the reason I was so successful, I have done low carb with dairy off and on for years, never could stick with it, always thinking about food I shouldnt eat, I seriously never do that, eating this way. I will be around someone eating something I used to just love, I am shocked at how I dont care about it any longer. Maybe it's from not eating the grains, not sure which
