Anyone currently actively doing Paleo?
 

I just read the book and since I was recently diagnosed as allergic to wheat and soy and a bunch of other stuff, I have decided to give this a try. I was just wondering if there are any more out there who are doing this diet. If you are not currently but have please give me your feed back as well.

I have been scouring the net trying to find the primal blueprint, found it on Amazon and a few others but Amazon was cheapest. My library doesn't have it in yet and I hate to buy it to read once. Does it have recipes and other stuff I might be able to use later?
