the only part of that vid i disagree w is the need for all those supplements.
even w less than optimal soil, these should not be necessary if our daily diet is that clean. of course, there are peop on this forum who think the complete opposite.
we all have opinions, huh?

I'll check it out--I absolutely love this sort of thing.

I have dabbled a bit in Paleo eating although I'm not sure it translates perfectly to today's world. Biologically we're indistinguishable as far as researchers can tell, but...it is a different world, with different toxins...different pollutants...less fertile soils.

BUT the basics of eating cleanly can't be disputed, IMO, so I do take some tips from Paleo. I will definitely be watching this! Thanks for posting it.

The supplements is an interesting argument. If you can afford to eat all organic, you may be closer to needing no supplements. I know in North America, almost everyone is magnesium deficient because of the soil we use. Eating on a budget definitely leaves you a little short on the nutrients.

Everything sounds about right in that. Cave Man life it is.

Interesting, really quick intro. Lately i have devised a piramid that i think works for me, basically living on veggies and protein, clean food.

Be carefull with the cheese you select. Lots of cheese are made from 'modified milk products'. Reduced fat milk has a lot of negatives in them because of the process they use to make it reduced fat.

I don teat a lot of reduced fat cheese, i eat some cheeses that are naturally lighter, like those made with goats milk. But when it is cheese i go all the way ;)
