Difference between Paleo and ZC

What is the difference between Paleo and ZC? I have begun research each diet, I know that ZC eat only meat and water, I saw a Paleo blog were the person was eating bananas and corn, which are not lc? I know that paleo people eat meat, fruit and veggies. Can someone please explain the difference

You've really said it there yourself, ZC is just meat, fat and water, Paleo is meat, fruit and veggies.

Not sure what you are asking here... If you want a breakdown of both plans, have a look (search) around here, there's tons of great information!
