Please help, can digest grains and lactose, need low carb paleo recipes!

Sorry, it's supposed to say "can't" in the title. I've recently transitioned into a low carb paleo diet, due to difficulties digesting dairy products and grains. Does anyone have some recipes that I can make? I've basically been eating fish and vegetables for the last couple months and I really need some variety and excitement. Fat and caloreis is not an issue, just as long it is low-carb! I'd love recipes for anything really, including desserts!

Thanks,
-Cass

I'd go to Lauren's website - all her stuff is low/no gluten, although I do think she uses oat flour in some recipes, but many desserts are made exclusively with almond meal in place of flour. Let me go get the link for you...BRB!

Yes there is - that Lauren is quite the cook at her tender young age! :laugh

Also check out LindaSue's website - not everything will be grain-free but she has some wonderful dishes you might try.

Oh wow, perfect, thank you! I can usually manage altering the recipes for grain-free versions using coconut flour, flax flour, or almond flour, but I have ended up creating some pretty nasty stuff in the process. Low carb cooking is definitely an art.
