Negative Calorie diet anyone??

I started the Negative Calorie diet this morning. It promises UP TO 14 lbs. in 7 days. So if I can stick it out til Thanksgiving I could lose UP TO 28 lbs. take thanksgiving weekend off because we will be visiting family in Louisiana then get back on plan til Christmas. Anyone else want to NCD??

you can google it but the theory is to eat foods that take more calories to burn than they have in them ex: carrots are 5 calories but take 60 to burn so you are negative 55 calories (burned from your fat) you eat raw veggies or you can steam or stir-fry in very small amounts of EVOO you can also eat fruits that are low fat (no bananas or avocado sorry!) this is day 2 for me and I'm doing alright the hardest time is evening when we are watching TV and all the commercials are fast food restaurants (and I don't even like Fast Food!!)

Hi!

Googled it yesterday. I thought there's like a standard plan, like Scarsdale Medical Diet or something. In this case, there's no meat? How are you with cravings?

Tell us how it goes. Might be a good way to break plateau.

Day 1 I weighed at 9:30 am today I didn't get to weigh until almost 4pm after eating breakfast and lunch and guess what?? I had lost 4 lbs!! probably more than that with the time difference but not going to count more that the 4.
