Here's my menu, I dont like breakfast so I dont eat really until 9:30.

B: Coffee w/ Table Cream
S: Cheese String
L: Can of Tuna w/ Mayo & Onions or cut Garlic Sausage/Kielbasa & Cheese Slices
S: Coffee w/ Table Cream
D: Varies.. Recent Dinners:
Taco Salad (4oz beef w/ taco seasoning, 1.5 cup romaine, salsa, cheese)
4oz Prime Rib and roasted veggies
Homemade Hamburger Patty w/ cheese & pickles
Steak stirfried with Soya Sauce & Green pepper/Onion
Grilled Chicken Breast w/ Caesar Salad (Renee gourmet dressing)

I up my calories/carbs drastically on the weekend to keep my metabolism up (approx 2000-2500cal/100-200 carb) Keeps me behaving during the week if I know I can eat what I want on the weekend. I also sneak a glass of wine a couple times a week, probably would lose faster w/o but I love it

Had Pho last night which always causes a huge gain but it's just so darn tasty!!!
