I'm Doing the Bulletproof Coffee rapid Fat loss protocol

Ok, I saw other people doing this protocol before, old threads, so that's why I signed up and started this one. If anyone wants to join in, WELCOME!

I started in february weighing 122.8kgs (270ponds), yesterday i weigh ~109kgs (240pounds), lost those almost effortless, and started the BPC Rapid fat loss yesterday. I was already doing the BPC drink, I enjoy coffee and love this recipe.

But now I want something faster, as I'm leaving to south America (Chile) in January and want to be in the best shape I can.

I will post my everyday weight and comments here.

Day 1
I have to say that today was pretty easy. Wasn't hungry at all. Took the coffee at 10:00am and at 3:00pm. I'm sick with the flu so i also drank a lemonade with raw honey in the night.

Day 2
Today was a little more challenging, drank the coffee at 9:0am and 3:30pm but I was a little bit hungry around 6:00pm.

Here a picture of my "little" mug, i sooo love coffee. I'm planning on just having two servings of this size per day, as it is a lot, but maybe 3 if needed before 4:00pm



I was attending a memorial service today at 7:00pm but could manage myself to not eat or drink anything, the hunger was not that bad. When I got home, this happen



So I had to wait outside my house in the rain for 3 hours before I could get in. Totally forgot about the hunger that was more than a little at this point. 3 hrs later I ate some butter cause I was craving butter, go figure.

I'm not feeling like a 'rockstar' yet as they say you will after the first couple of days, but I'm not feeling weak nor tired eithrt, I'm feeling normal.

Well, almost 10 pounds in 3 days. Amazing
Today I was hungry again around the same time, but drink water and forgot about it.

When I first head about BPC my face was like yuuuuck that can't possible be good, but it is.

My recipe
500ml hot coffee
1 TBS coconut oil
1.5 TBS unsalted butter
1 TBS coconut milk
1/2 TBS stevia
cinnamon or vanilla to taste

Everytinh to the blender and voila! you can taste the coconut is yummy.

I'm doing the Rapid fast Loss protocol of this plan, so is just the coffee with a bunch of supplements.

Today was very good, I'm starting to feel the energy and not hungry at all. Was a beautiful clowdy day down here, so i went for a 40 minutes walk, now is 9:00pm and I really want to jump in the bike and do some cardio at least, not working out with this plan yet but if i'm gonna be feeling like today, I will probably resume my routine next week.

Sorry for zero updates in the last couple of days, but I was not at home. Difficult to follow the diet with my inlaws, it was a dissaster, mexican food (real mexican food in Mexico) is horrible for weight loss >,< but finally I'm home.

I did exercise monday and tuesday. As I said the last time in feeling the energy so it was not hard to exercise again.

I'm drinking my BPC's around 9:00am and 5:00pm instead of drinking the last one at 2:00pm, cause I was feeling hungry at night when the BPC was that early. I go to bed around 2:00am, as I normally do, and feeling great now.

Ok so my wieight went up a little bit due to TOM and I made my carb day last sunday. That day was more like a cheat day than a high carb one cause i ate potatoes, cheesecake and ice cream, I'm not a fan of sweet treats, unless i'm on my period, is the hardest week there is

Interesting! I've been "fasting" these last two days with nothing but BPC's. What are you supposed to do on the high carb day.. low fat/high carb?

Oh nice, join me so we can keep on track if you are going to continue with this!

As this carb up is to reset leptin levels, is recomended to be low fat, high carb and moderate protein.

Was a very good day yesterday, had coffee around 9:00am and 4:00pm, then I went for a 'window shopping walk' with my husband for 2 hours. I lost 2 inches in belly and 2 inches in waist since the begining.

so yersterday I had so much energy, after my HIIT session (I'm doing the bodyrock Hittmax) i started dancing (zumba like) for 2 hours just because. I was sooo full of energy that I forgot to drink the coffee before 4:00pm, took it at 5:30pm ... and stayed up untill 3:00am. Never again.

I'm not feeling hungry at all anymore.

Hi Lya! Just thought I'd check in with you to see how you're doing? I just started back on BP RFLP yesterday, though I was too chicken to weigh in. So my refeed day, because of a meeting, will start Friday night and go through Saturday though I know that's not optimal. Gotta make life work, though, right??

I had done really well on the plan in August then went on vacation and got off and struggled to get back on.

But I wanted to encourage you and hopefully we can encourage each other! It's not tough once you get through the first few days and then you see pounds FLYING off!!

I'm also going to walk a few times a week. Nothing strenuous, just enough to keep the system moving and hopefully retain some muscle before I get down to goal weight.

Keep going girl!!! We can do this!

Hi. I'm starting the RFLP tomorrow with a friend. Can anyone give an update as to their results on this program? I'm also wondering if anyone experiences headaches or irritability. I will be taking all the recommended supplements. Thanks!

Hi everyone and welcome, so great o have someone else in this.

Well I dissapeared for a while, did not 'tecnically' felt off the wagon after the refeed day, but I was not doing everything as it supposed to. Result is today I'm still on 104.2 kilos, which is not that bad, when i look in the mirror I see myself less fat and that's awesome let me tell you.

I'm taking the supplements, otherwise is not easy to do this xD

Finally a number i havn't see before, so it was nice. Today i'm very sore for the exercise and other stuff I was doing around the house. everything went ok
