I added up my overall calories for July and they were over 65000 No wonder I can't get out of the 180's. Trying to really keep an eye on those buggers this month, even with vacation coming up.

Morning Everyone!
Holiday here today but i'm working so I can take friday off instead.. Super Pi$$ed at my weight this weekend. Was pretty on par and very good for a change. Lost .5 on Saturday and woke up sunday up 4lbs!!!! WTH?! Pair that with no loss yesterday i'm feeling cheated this weekend. Hopefully can wash it all out today.

This little drop today is the reward for putting that block of cheese back in the fridge after I had it cut up, and getting ready to devour it. Why do I get so snacky at night? Not like I didn't eat dinner, I had plenty, AND desert, but yet I wanted to eat, I think it is all in the head because my belly was full!

WOE: Not low carb, but low crap
Krista, I usually don't have that kind of willpower, but I knew as soon as I bite into that first chunk of cheese it would be all over with and I would have eaten at least half of the block if not all! Ice cream is my other weakness (besides cheese) and even though I only buy the sugar free breyers for me I don't keep it in the house anymore! I don't have the thing called "moderation", and one serving of a 1/2 cup at 90 calories is just a tease for me, I want (and eat) 2-3 cups of it, and then it adds up to 400-500 calories. I have come up with my own nightly treat! I make sugar free jello out of the box, put some berries in with it, and when cooled I have it with a little spray whip cream as desert for just under 100 calories, and it hits the spot!

Joanne I am so sorry that you are going through stressful times, hang in there girl!

Maryann and Gaets ...even when our scales do not cooperate, one thing you have to admit...WE NEVER GIVE UP!!! This is why each one of us is really only a few pounds away from where we want to be!!! think about it...
