Good evening everyone!

Gaets...thanks for getting us up and running!

Didn't want to weigh-in, didn't want to post...then decided to put my big girl panties on (literally). Below are the results from 3 days of absolutely no self control whatsoever.

Goal for July is to get back under 185 and at least maintain there since I have vacation coming up...same as for August and September. As long as I can at least maintain I am not going to stress it!

I also wanted to mention something to you girls. We seem to be here every month with little to no progress, but we are here just about every day. We are aware of our weight, and we try, may be not every day, but we try. Every single person I know that started losing weight around the same time as I did, (2011) weather it is on my calorie tracker, or in real life has gained ALL of their weight PLUS more back, and I think that it a pretty big deal when it comes to more than 50 pounds! I guess what I am trying to say is that I think we are doing pretty damn good!!!

Down 3.6lbs for June.....of course the scale was up 1.6lbs this morning or I would've had a loss of 5.2lbs for the month...weight today was 171.2 up from 169.6. I may be eating too much fruit....I'm going to start tracking my fruit also and see if that makes a difference.

AR...yes i've heard if you do eat too many fruits because of the sugar you could gain that you are better off eating more veggies...i've been taught that you're allowed 5 servings of fruits/veggies combine@day and depending on the fruits or veggies 1 cup is considered a serving...

Erika,i do agree with you we're doing not too bad...we learn and live,try to do our best,,

Was at my daughters for the week-end and came back home with one of my granddaughters and she's staying for the week...i don't know how my weight will do but i decided not to weight in till she leave on sunday.
