Carbohydrate Addict's diet

Has anyone done this? It's based on the premise that you eat low carb all day long, and you can eat whatever you want for one night, provided you eat everything in the span of an hour.

I did it for a week about 5 years ago with mixed results.

Anyone have any experience with it?

Hi there. Yes. I did the CAD with quite a few other programs over the years. I too have returned to this about 5 weeks ago. I find it is the only program that leaves me not craving carbs...no deprivation. While all the other programs worked (you name them, I did them) once carbs were introduced, I felt I started craving and losong control. Even WW, while probably a great program for some, in the end, carb reduction was key for me.
