April 15th, started at 184lbs, lost 7lbs, May lost 5lbs.

6/1 - Sun 171.4, cal 1346 (did lots of yardwork, and do lots more today)

...that's one of my problems,not enough activities..but i'm working on it...

Are you still doing weight watchers MG????? I signed up for weight watchers online lastnight...my monthly pass card is printed off and Thursday at 5:30 is my weigh in....it's been over 25 years since I've been to a weight watcher meeting I'm hoping that this will give me the push that I need....knowing that some one else will be weighing me will help a lot.

AR..yes i still do W.W. and love it...you do eat lots,fruits and veggie are free and it's very doable...i'm a lifetime member now...loss of 20.2 and if you exercise,the weight comes off a lot faster...i've been lazy lately,have to get back into it...i go to meetings every week and my weight in are on thrusday at 6;00 ...good luck into your new adventure,think of it as a lifetime commitment and not a diet...it's something for you and you deserve it...

My muscle % is at 35.5 (was at 38% last year), need to do more strength exercises as part of my weight loss is losing muscle - not good.

I am just posting my total calories/carbs here because I AM DONE EATING FOR THE DAY!
Applying super glue to my lips right now!!!

786 net cals/42 carbs....still too many carbs....but I'm working on that!!! Hope to get down to 20 again!

Almost at goal but visceral fat still at 8, I'm going to go lower until it's 7, should be close.

Nice drop MG!

Joanne your carbs seem pretty low, calories too. Tricky finding the right combination of food to keep calories low while still having energy to be active. My percents range from about 40% to 60% of my diet for carbs, 18 to 30% for fat, and 23 to 40% protein.

Everyone is doing great My first weight watcher meeting in 25+ years is tonight...I've tried weight watchers online but it's not the same as some one actually weighing you....no cheating now

Reached goal!!! Visceral fat still at 8 so I'll go a bit further and work on adding more muscle which is at 35.5% Last year when I was at 172lbs my muscle % was at 38% so I've lost muscle weight rather than fat. Fat % is at 22%, last year it was at 18%.

Joanne, search for "best diet apps" and select the link that has 4 best diet apps for iphone and droid, first one listed has a pie chart feature to show the % of fats, carbs, and protein.

I love going to my meetings....we don't have any next week because of elections....going to miss it...

Good for you MG You are doing so well!!!!! I came home and weighed after the meeting and my scale showed exactly what theirs did....happy about that.... I was wondering if there would be a huge difference between their scale and mine. I wish we had morning weigh ins here....I didn't eat all day knowing that I had to weigh...I ate when I came home and I still had 14 points left for the day.... I started weight watchers on my own earlier this week...I was down 1.2lbs yesterday morning.
