Back to the grind today! Pretty happy with my weekend as I stayed within my points range and met most of my exercise challenges. Was even down a pound so my avi is now correct!

Hi all! Can I come hang with you guys?

I joined WW last tuesday - and in perfect time - I just got engaged on Sunday! So now it's "shed for the wed" time! I had my first weigh in on Tuesday and i'm down 1.8! I can't believe it - between all the celebrating this weekend, I for sure thought I was up! This isn't my first rodeo with WW, but definitely my first "don't give up ever" attempt!

IM2 -I LOVE Hello Kitty!!! Already asked DF if we could have a Hello Kitty cake topper He turned that down fast! I will have to incorporate HK somewhere in there - maybe a charm in my flowers

OK.. so I was just thinking of the positive changes I've made this month. They say a habit is difficult to break and they weren't kidding. .but I think I'm moving in the right direction. .I'm still food obsessed but now I think a little more about it before I stick it into my mouth. some other positive changes I've made:

I plan better, especially if I have an occasion coming up. .No Excuses!!
I drink more water
I plan my exercise and I purposely walk a little further, take a few extra steps and try to go the extra "mile"
I remember my vitamins
I enjoy a treat periodically but I make sure to track it.
I try to say yes to things I really want to do and NO to things I can't
I reward myself with non-food items
I remind myself that nothing feels better than being in control
I've given up on feeling bloated and leave the table when I'm satisfied, not stuffed.
I kinda/sorta "like" exercise . .(OK .that's a big fat lie but It was kinda convincing, wasn't it?)

What have you noticed?

Hi there...started W,W, in november of 2013...lost 20.2 and am now a lifetime member...very happy with that...now it's to maintain...that's something else...not as easy peasy..lol

Do the program and it will be good to you...easier said than done...

Like your positive changes you've done...that's the thing you have to rely on the positive but old habits are hard to change...

How much weight have you lost?? and when did you start W.W.??

Hi! Welcome. . I'm a lifetimer. . at least I was years ago.. Gained weight back with my last baby and have never been able to take it back off. .tried a ton of fad diets and lost some . gained it all back.. Needless to say, my baby is 11 and this is the time I need to get it off.. I have about 40 to go. . I've lost 9 (since end of April) but I'm a very slow loser as I am on Thyroid meds and hormones. . I get a double whammy.. . however, I know WW works and it is a program I can stick to.. I've been very happy with it so far and have been trying to work on my bad habits.. I still try to eat as clean as I can and avoid processed stuff. . Natural is best. . Anyway, I started a new June thread.. and if I can figure out how to put a shortcut here I will. .

so Hop on over to June. . It's lonely there!

Down 1.6 this week for a total of 3.4 lbs down! Fingers crossed that I lose another 1.6 next week and get my 5lb sticker. Receptionist told me I get some sort of keychain next week. YAY!
