Weekend in review: Went to town on Friday but was pretty good the rest of the weekend (despite my husbands best efforts).. Lets go for a DQ Blizzard, lets have some wine, lets have sloppy joes for dinner, lets have a beer etc.. Etc.. Some days I could kick him
I am starting to find my will power again because I used to just say yes to everything.. This weekend I even turned down a beer in the Hot Tub even tho we had friends over and everyone else was having one.. Yay me.!
Probably would have walked in here Monday with only a 2lb gain from my updays but TOM decided to visit Saturday Afternoon. Since then I put on another 2.5lbs.. BLAST!
Lots of water for me to wash out the weekend and hoping for 151 for weeks end.

Tammy - Very sorry to hear about your loss. Hope you are doing ok.

Good morning everyone!

Still retaining water here, I jugged water all day yesterday to flush out the salt from the day before and did not have to get up ONCE at night. Today is a full day but I am going to be a little more careful with what I eat.

GOAL WEIGHT FOR APRIL: To lose 4 pounds would be nice!

APRIL 1 = 186.6 -- MAY 1 GOAL = 182.6


Going to post weight only after fast days this week (if I manage some)


4-13---182.6
4-15---183.2--500 calories yesterday, plus 90 minute walk, net 89 calories!

I dropped some of the gain. Drinking a lot of water to try to get rid of the rest.

My son is coming home on leave this weekend!!!! I'm so excited! I'll be driving 8 hrs to Kentucky to get him from Ft Campbell and taking a short break then driving back. My dd is coming with me to help drive. I'm so excited to see him again. He's been going through a lot since being back from Afghanistan so we really want to talk to him.

Thanks for the condolences. We're going to the funeral Saturday. I'm doing ok so far today. Drinking lots of water and staying focused on what I want to do.....fit into my summer clothes!!!!

Early weigh in after a high calorie day....wow look at all the losses good job.....WE'RE DOING THIS!!!!! Low calorie day for me and more water...Erika I think that's a good idea to only post your weight after a low calorie day.

Wow Ladies! Everyone is doing so good!!!

I am having a high calorie today but trying to be a little more careful with what I eat. My carbs on the full days have been over 200, so I will cut that down to about 100. Then the SODIUM, I am over my goal for the day already and I have not even had dinner, looks like I will have to cut out my beloved cottage cheese since it is almost 900 mg per cup Everything over 2000 mg a day will make me retain water like crazy, and then it takes forever to flush it out since my body can not process too much liquid either, I have to stay under 1 gallon of total fluids a day.

Tammy... I think recording only after the "diet days" gives me a better overall picture of losses (if any) and after the full days I really don't need to know how much the food in my gut ways

Not too pleased with today's weigh in, especially after a perfect fast day. No biggie, I will NOT let it get to me, not this time! TDEE day today (1800-1900 calories) and tomorrow another fast!!!
