Krista...I think that's what it was too, the TOM residue, I always retain tons of water around that time, oh and when I overdo the sodium...AND...GREAT JOB on working those numbers down girl!!!

I'm going to STOP saying that I will fast...every time I do, I don't! Just going to go with the flow and listen to what my body wants (well....within reason, of course!!!)

Thoughts on this idea would be appreciated! Thanks!

Joanne, technically it should work, they say eat at the level of weight you want to be and you eventually will get to that weight. Why not try it our for a few weeks to see?

Miserably failed my fast day yesterday, came in at around 820 calories, I just HAD to have that dang cheese

I ate some pizza last night. I just didn't care. You see, I lost a dear friend unexpectedly yesterday morning. My heart is hurting. She had 6 children from 20-8 yrs old. And sadly they'll be split up with family members. I'm just filled with so much sadness. I went to church this morning and cried the whole time.

So right now I'm trying to remember food won't make this better so don't eat. But it's hard.
