Skipping wing night tonight in keeping with my 'no heavy cheat' week. Last 3 weeks I have dropped 1lb, 3lbs & 2lbs on Wing Night, so antsy to see if I can hold up those losses having a low cal/carb meal tonight. Really need to get down to 153 this week to have a hope in hell of hitting my goal.

WOW, there are some really nice numbers on this board today! Everyone is doing so good I am having a high day today so I am expecting to be back up tomorrow , but that's the "joy" of calorie cycling, as Mommy puts it Next fasting days are planned for tomorrow and then again Saturday, hopefully then by Sunday's weigh-in I can move the scales under 184, have not seen 183 in ages and it sure would be nice

Maryann...Joanne...Mommy...Tammy...Autumn...Krista ...Emma...Great job!

Well, I expected at least a 2 pound up bounce with the 2200 calories I ate yesterday, instead the weight is down! Fasting today, watch it go up tomorrow
