I had my weigh in this am. Down 1.2 total 6 lbs in 2 weeks. A bit disappointing for a week total but the average loss lifts me up. Have to get more active this week though. I signed up to run a 10K in May so I have to get running!

LCJunkie,that is wonderful! I decided when I joined WW that I would be happy with ANY loss!As long as I'm losing and not gaining. I'm hoping that if I lose slowly that maybe my skin won't sag as bad. I need to lose 50 lbs!

lcjunkie-congratulatikns on the loss! Every pound lost is a reason to be happy.

Right now I am dealing with some monthly bloating but hopefully it will be hone by the end of the week for weigh in.

Going to Panera Bread tonight and I have checked online for points info. My best bet is probably vegetable soup and a classic salad.

I also need to step up my exercise.
