Happy Sunday everyone!

Did have a drop this morning but that is still residue from my Chinese food outing a few days ago, it usually takes me 7-10 days to lose the water bloat from restaurant food, one of the main reasons I try to avoid it as much as possible!

Good evening everyone!

Didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning so I am just stopping by to say hello! I got my scale in my bedroom and when I get up in the am my honey is still sleeping most of the time, so I can't turn on the light to see what the scale says (I did that on purpose so I stop obsessing over the scale so much)

LETS DO IT GALS,CAN'T BELIEVE I'M DOWN TO 164.IT MIGHT BE THE LOW CARBING THAT I'M TRYING TO DO. I BOUGHT SOME ATKINS SHAKES AND WHEN FINDING THEM I FOUND THAT ATKINS HAS PEANUT TYPE THAT LOOKS LIKE OF M & M CANDY THAT HAS ONE PACK 110 CAL AND 1 NET CARB. THEY 'RE 5 PACKS IN A BOX. BOUGHT THEM BUT I'M ONLY USE IN A DIRE EMERGENCY SITUATION,AS LENT STARTS TOMORROW. GOING TO LOOK AT THE ATKINS ENTREES IN STOP & SHOPS SUPERMARKET ON THURSDAY.

Thanks ladies...i'll give it a couple of days to see if it sticks...ever since i incorporated some weight training with cardio i've been doing a lot better...Jillian Michaels dvds,got myself 4 of them they were only 7$ ea...so i rotate them...they are hard but i'll be in shape when i do get to the third level...there's 3 level.,,, beginner,intermediate,hard and they are only 20-30 minutes a day......talking about getting up sore...oh man,oh man,i'm sore...but love it...

I like to putter around for about 30 minutes before I weigh after I get up....the scale usually shows at least a 1 pound drop when I do that...I didn't get my putter time this morning...this morning it was just out of bed....pee...and weigh

Good morning everyone!

Thank goodness it's the weekend, it has been a looooooooong work week My weight is the same as it was last Sunday, but I am ok with that. I started off the month thinking of doing Stillmans but decided against it. No more fad diets for me, I have tortured my poor body long enough, instead I added a LOT more salads and veggies so my carbs are a lot higher than before. I want to do this the healthy way, something I can sustain in the long run. All these different plans I have tried in the past year have not done a darn thing for me other than throw me into binging, and I have not lost a darn thing. So for the month of March the plan is to just eat at a calorie deficit, the healthy way, cant hurt to try!

Good morning to all.

I know what you mean, Erika. I have tried so many things lately and was gone most of last week, so I am AFRAID to even weigh. Will get me really discouraged, so am not going to do that for a few days. I am back on plan and am going to just eat healthy, too. I just feel like kicking myself for not getting with this sooner. That is the only way that truly works for me. Today's menu:

Pork pattie on lt bun
Salad - large with lt dressing
yogurt
blueberries
Atkins shake, if needed.

I know we can do this.

Congrats to all the losers. Hi to Maryann, Autumn, Mommy and anyone else that I have missed.

Good morning to everyone.

I am happy to report that I am back on the bandwagon. I am so tired of this yo-yo roller coaster that I have been on for a long time. I just start losing and then get careless in my efforts and put a few back on and then get discouraged and then on and on. Enough is enough!!
Have been afraid to weigh, but started today and wasn't as badly as I figured it would be.

My goal for March is to be in the 130's.
WEEK 2
SUN 3/9- 144.8
MON 3/10
TUES 3/11
WED 3/12
THURS 3/13
FRI 3/14
SAT 3/15

Today's menu:
4 oz turkey burger
2 oz fish
salad, boiled egg, 1 oz cheese, ff dressing
homemade peach cobbler
apple
Atkins shake, if needed
890 cal
