WEEK 1==LOST 2 LBS THIS WEEK[165/163]

WEEK 2==LOST 1 LB THIS WEEK[163/162]

WEEK 3==GAINED 1 LB THIS WEEK[162/163]

WEEK 4==GAINED 1 LB THIS WEEK[163/164]

WEEK 5
SUN 3/30==N/A[FORGOT TO GET ON THE SCALE]
MON 3/31==165[WHAT HAPPENED THIS MONTH]

Just a quick hello! I can't believe another month has gone by! Not sure what to expect at tomorrows weigh-in, had my beloved Spanish chicken soup for dinner last night and am bloated like a puffer fish today Been drinking water and green tea all day to flush the dang sodium out of me. Oh well, I guess I will never learn

Maryann...Don't feel bad! You maintained and that is better than gaining!

Mommy...I think you did great! You are not big to begin with, and don't forget we are not 20 and 30 years old anymore so we do lose at a slower rate than the youngins!

Weigh in tomorrow.....right now I don't remember what I weighed at the beginning of March after going back and checking...178.4 was my high for March.....I sure did a lot of bouncing around this month...my low for this month was 173.6....I know that I'm not at that weight now
