Hello everyone


Well after weighing this morning I really didn't want to come in here and post. I am up 5 pounds and have no idea why. I have not binged, I have not had any carbs other than veggies, yogurt, cottage cheese, and no more than 50 grams of carbs a day, I have not had anything with high sodium in almost 2 weeks.

Good morning all!

Hubby got up before me today so I just HAD to jump on that scale again
Dropped back down some, so I am happy with that, as long as I can at least hold in in the 180's I am OK. I guess my body must be rebelling against all that healthy food I have been feeding it lately
Will also try to weigh in a bit more frequent I think, may be not every day, but every 2 or 3, just to see what is going on....that is if I can get to the scale

I was back and forth to the bathroom about a dozen times last night so maybe I got rid of a little fluid. I've been fighting a cold for 2 weeks now it can leave any time I made a batch of zero point weight watcher soup Wednesday so I'm going to warm some of that up for my lunch...Have a great day ladies

Well technically my Friday is tomorrow since I have to work, I swear this new work schedule got me all messed up!

Very happy with my weigh-in today, seems my body is finally calming down a bit, I still have "hungry" days but they have not nearly been as bad as they have been in the past. Looking forward to a good next month, may be I can get a littler closer to the 170's, sure would be nice...

Wed 3/19..154.4..
Thur 3/20..153.8
Friday 3/21..154.6..binge again..
Sat. 3/22..154.2..going back down..
Sun 3/23...153.6
Mon 3/24..154.6
Tues 3/25..155.6..
Wed 3/26..153.0
Thur 3/27..153.4
Friday 3/28..153.2..went to supper at the in-laws
SAturday 3/29..154.4
Sunday 3/30..154.4

Overall i've lost 2.2 in 1 month...wow not too impressed..didn't do well at the end of the month...will have to work harder at it...but i did my goal of 155...so happy with that

back Joanne...here to next month...we will be more outdoors,spring is in the air...( i hope)
