Shari & AG - congrats on your losses !

I should have taken my measurements at the beginning but I forgot about all of that. I just learned about NSVs - non scale victories ! It is good to know that even if the scale doesn't move, there are still rewards !

Awe Thanks!!! Today is my last injection day Officially I have lost 17.8 pounds and that is ok by me. I will take it.. LIW = 187.2.

I will decide later if this is a PI or the end of this round. Depends on how I am feeling.

Thanks! Yes, one advantage of Atkins is the inch loss. It just may take a while to truly reflect it on the scale but your persistence will pay off! Keep it up!!

Quick post too, back at work and it's an overload! I'm at 175 even today, released 0.4oz. Yes, I'm going to press on until Sunday or Monday of next week. I talked to G, and he understands. So we're on board to start next week, him on Atkins starting Sunday...I will start P3 on Tuesday or Wednesday...depends on what day I stop dosing. BBL

I'm back. Just had an apple and planning on a lean burger patty for lunch with lettuce, onions, and mustard.

Tomorrow is going to be tricky because it's Ash Wednesday. I'm thinking I'll do cottage cheese or eggs or fish. I really don't enjoy fish though unless it has some bread crumbs and butter on it. I could do the butter spray but I need bread crumbs and not the melba.

On a good note, my Juniors Size 13 Celebrity Pink jeans are now loose - WAAHHOOOO! I still need to find something to wear on Saturday to the fundraiser. I seriously have nothing!

I am not hungry today at all. Who woulda thought? .. Crazy. Anyway, I am going to just eat normally like I have been, and go by hunger the next few days. I am busy at work, so that should help!

Funny you posted this...I'm head hungry..ugh! I want fat, wings, Debs' ribeye , something other than this chicken breast and salad. I went to the grocery store but really stuck to simple Omaha food as I was hurrying to go to my son's games. I needed to motivate myself to keep going on...like there are only 60 days left until vacation!! this will keep me motivated to continue on. I said I'll do P3 with G, but I really want to just do a PI with the hopes that I will be motivated to get back on after 2 weeks. I love the inch loss and would be ecstatic if I could hold on a bit longer....

Gracie~congrats on those jeans girlfriend!! We're constantly reminded it's pounds and inches!! Nice to not have clothes that fit anymore...need an excuse to go clothes shopping? 155 is my ideal weight (or should I say, assessment weight), I'm much, much shorter than you.

Deb~as you see, I'm ready to steal your ribeye!! I keep thinking about how well you did this past round, 17+ pounds?!! Wonderful!! I'm using you as my role model.

Shebasmudder~ You're doing great too! Inch loss is a good indicator that your body is burning fat, and you're in ketosis.

Morning Ladies! Well I am down another POUND!!! WHAT?.. haha.. I will take it. I added in more food yesterday, had around 1100 cals! STILL I lost a pound. I really don't understand my body, but whatever..

So today, I not hungry again, but will eat around the same thing. Looking forward to a big fresh ribeye on Saturday. We are planning to grill it.

I am only counting yesterday's weight, so this pound is just a buffer, because I know I usually go up when I really start adding in the fat. I don't mind because it is yummy and I rarely go over that 2 pound mark anyway. UNLESS I pig out, and act crazy like I did for a few months over the holidays. I am going to do my best to make sure that does not happen again. The stress is less and I hope that continues.

I made it through yesterday without any sweets. I can tell my body is shrinking but the scale is pooping out. I lost -0.2 lbs. which like we've said before is just a little tinkle So I'm sitting at 199.6. I would really like to get further into Onederland before my PI. I'm down exactly 15 pounds though from January 1st, 2014 That definitely feels good! I remember thinking I was 35 pounds away from 180. I feel fantastic at 180 and now I'm only 19.6 lbs away from it! Seems much more doable than 35 pounds. My next mini-goal is 190 lbs., so 9.6 to go.

Girl, you should see my ketostix ! I went and got some yesterday and it is the darkest purple possible ! I posted it in my journal. I was kind of shocked because usually your results are better earlier in the day, but I'll take it !

Ladies!! Yesterday was busy again, I know now that it's not guaranteed that I'll have time to come here when at work so I need to make quick posts while at home (going in later today). I decided to take a brief PI, so my LDW yesterday morning was 174.6, down 12 lbs from start of hhcg...not the best or my rounds since I didn't do well the whole entire round, but overall I feel and look better (in my clothes LOL) since starting. Today, the scale shows a slight gain of .2 oz, 174.8, but TOM is due in a few days and I'm PMS'ing big time...cravings, insomnia, night sweats, headaches, etc. Thanks Shebasmudder for recommending the P Tracker app because it reminded me about TOM coming soon which makes me more aware of my symptoms. I'm trying to decide how long I'm doing PI but right now I want/need higher fat for cravings. I look forward to being back into the 160's when I start again.

That is great Shari!!.. We can be PI buddies... I have decided I am taking at least a week off, maybe more, but I need some fat in my diet, and this is a good way to do it. I still have 30 to 40 pounds to lose, and I want it done!!!!

Start Date: 1/1/2014 LC 2/17/14 Hhcg
Today is my LDW for my PI too!!! Yay we will all be PI buddies! I'm down a total of -13 for the round so far. Not my greatest BUT I did not gain hardly anything while loading. I gained 1.2 lbs loading for 3 days I looked back in my records and I'm right on par with other rounds except that I gained 5 pounds loading - so my total would be 18 pounds right now. KWIM? All in all, I'm ecstatic that I did it and am back in ONEDERLAND!!! YAY ME

I'm praying to stay within my window for PI. I always get so nervous about gaining it all back overnight. Hoping to lose a little before Saturday morning so I have a bigger cushion. My window is 197.2-201.2. But, I wouldn't complain if I would go below the 197.2

Yes, I get nervous too, but I am determined to keep myself in check during this time. I hate hate hate losing the same pounds over and over again..

I also would not complain with more losses...

Shari & Gracie - 12 and 13 pounds is FANTASTIC ! You guys gotta give yourselves credit ! This protocol is hard work with a family who eats different, going to work, running children around, etc !

This is not an easy protocol at all but you have loose clothes and big losses to show for it !

Now have a pat of butter for me !

Thanks for being our cheering squad!!! And yes, butter, sour cream, cheese glorious cheese!!! And whipped cream And some sugar free chocolate or maybe your fudge recipe. Can you tell I want FOOD?
