HIYA!! Gracie, great job, omg!!! Sorry, I was in meetings yesterday, and when I tried to check in, I got busy again!

So anyhoooo I made it to 189.8!! SING GRACIE SING!...

I guess I missed out on when this happened in the past huh?.. I am slowwwwwly dropping, but it is better than what I was doing, so I am happy.

Just read in Jenmay's journal that she is getting a lapband next Tuesday.. WOW.. I am anxious to see how she does. It is not for me, but I sure hope she likes it!!..

Deb~YAY!!! New decade...actually you soared through the 190's so you hit double decades this round!! But, it's not complete so we'll leave the door open on this one. Wow, good news for Jen! It seems to really work for those that follow recommendations. Excited to see how she slims down too! Tell her come in here if she want

Shebasmudder~thanks for the support, let us know how you're doing too. We all support each other, doesn't have to be hhcg. Weight loss is weight loss, and support is needed for whatever route we take.

Yesterday I was busy, busy....crazy! I was running as soon as my feet hit the floor and I thought I'd have time to come here yesterday to at least post, but it got very busy and I had a meeting to attend after work, needless to say...I was too tired to log on last night. I think I need to cut back the fat intake a bit, scale is moving slowly but I don't know if it's because of the added fat or the second week minimal losses that happen sometimes. Either way, I'm fighting to get to my comfort level of 168 before a PI...at least I hope I can stick with it. Today I'm down to 174.6, loss .4 oz yesterday, and .4 today. I know it didn't help that I cheated once and now I'm just getting to lower numbers for this round.

Great idea Shari! I just invited her to come by if she feels like it. She sounds a bit nervous about now..

OH and I will add, that you are doing great Shari!! That is wonderful, I am losing very slowly now too, but it is day 19 and getting towards the end of a normal round. I am going to take it day to day, but hoping I can stick it out. I also had a bit more food than I need, so will need to keep an eye on that. If I feel like I am going to be cheating everyday, then it is time for a break!

I am going to continue with weight loss either way! I am on a roll now, so I can't stop.

Doing great Shari! Maybe post your menu's each day so we can see if there's any hidden stallers in there. I added mayo yesterday and still lost today. I think as long as we aren't having carbs, the added fats are ok. But, what do I know? Are you in week#2 or #3? How much have you lost? I can't remember! I know you started a little before me. I'm down 11.2 but I didn't gain hardly anything loading.

Hi, ladies ! Best wishes for Jen on your surgery. I hope everything goes well.

I have a question for you guys about losing. I'm not losing any pounds but last night I noticed that my size 20 jeans were loose and when I took them off, they slid down to the floor, zipped up ! When I initially got down to my present weight, my size 20s weren't loose at all. I'm wondering if I'm losing inches, too, since I stick to my plan and don't lose pounds ?

Jen~ Hey lady!!! Congrats on your approval for surgery, wishing you the best and am praying for a successful healing. Please post here and let us know how you're doing.

Shebasmudder~low carb is really known for inch loss, even when the scale isn't moving. Remember fat is burning when in ketosis, eventually the scale will reflect the loss but it does take patience. You're doing wonderful, KUTGW!

Deb~ hope mom is okay and adjusting well in her new place. Safe travels back home.

Gracie~ugh, let's just say I'm not the poster child for hhcg this round. I've let stress get the better of my progress as I ate off plan last weekend, and again yesterday. You and the others on the other hand have done great! I'll keep trucking along though, not giving up as I know this is the way to go for now.

GM ladies, happy Sunday! My youngest son and his bball team participated in a tournament starting Friday night at 8, and three games yesterday. I was literally out of my house from late morning until after 10 last night. After losing their third game, semifinals, they were out of the tournament and today they play their regular season (but last) basketball game this afternoon. I'm tired! I let temptation and hunger get the best of me yesterday and ate food I shouldn't have...let's just say I had one of those days where I said, oh well...since I ate 'bad' and screwed up, I might as well eat what I want for the rest of the day. Not good, and the scale shows it. I'm still in....just trying my best to focus again as I know this works. I was soooo good in the beginning, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in myself for letting my hard work during the week totally get uprooted by one day eating off plan. However, I'm not giving up. I'm sitting at 177.6, so gained back what I lost this week. Today they are saying we could get 8-12 inches of snow so going to be home bound. I went to the store yesterday to stock up on Omaha food...no excuses!

Definately inch loss! Congrats!! That is what shows to the rest of the world.. you are doing great, and I know the scale can be frustrating, but keep it up!!

Oh Shari, I can relate! I am inching my food intake up up and up more, and for that I am paying the stay the same price.. I think I am going to end it at 23 days, so my last dose for this round (maybe an PI!!) will be Tuesday. I don't think I will hit 20 pounds, but I am getting bored with the food, and getting hungry. I think it is time for a break.

Today is VLCD 21 and I have lost 16 pounds total. I will take it! .. 188 this morning, despite Red Lobster yesterday, where I had shrimp/lobster and a bit of asparagus. So good! But I did overeat. Mom wanted to take us out for helping her so much with her move. She LOVES her new place, just adores the nice little neighborhood she is in, and has such nice friendly neighbors. I am so happy for her that she is finally at peace with her decision.

Hope everyone has a great day! It is so Cold here! I am ready for spring!.

Well Shari, we can all relate to how hard it is!.. FOR SURE.. Our bodies are fighting us all the way, they want food! Although HCG does release calories from our stored fat, it doesn't satisfy the head hunger, and that is so true as the days go on. I don't see how anyone does an extra long round without going nuts..

Stay safe in this storm, it kind of got by us without too much damage snow wise yet, but It is so cold! .. It is still supposed to snow alot today, but the warning is off.

Re commit to yourself, no matter what plan, or what kind of food you choose to eat. I am going to really make today, and tomorrow on plan days and then the 2-3 days off HCG, I will add slowly like I always do. Then by next weekend, I will be Lcarbing it! . Excited for that.

Deb, that's great losses and what I'd call a very successful round, 15 lbs/round is average and you're over that! You made very good choices, to not indulge in those tempting cheese biscuits and stick to Omaha food...I give you much kudos! I understand your decision to end now for PI. I'm going to keep going for another week to see if I can undo some of the damage I created. I'd love to lose another five pounds at least, but if I keep getting tempted, I'll just suck it up and take a break too to get refocused again vs. messing up with 'my precious'/the juice

Although HCG does release calories from our stored fat, it doesn't satisfy the head hunger, and that is so true as the days go on. I don't see how anyone does an extra long round without going nuts..

Stay safe in this storm, it kind of got by us without too much damage snow wise yet, but It is so cold! .. It is still supposed to snow alot today, but the warning is off.

Re commit to yourself, no matter what plan, or what kind of food you choose to eat. I am going to really make today, and tomorrow on plan days and then the 2-3 days off HCG, I will add slowly like I always do. Then by next weekend, I will be Lcarbing it! . Excited for that.

Thanks hun YES, P3 continues with inch loss so it's like icing on the cake...or maybe I should say like strawberries on cheesecake (more low carb, LOL) to add to losses already done in P2.

YES!! Excited to keep on going, in one way or another. I am tracking my cals burned on my BodyBugg and still just over 2000 cals burned a day. That is so low! I probably will have to up my activity to get the burn going again. I just hate winter, and it does not motivate me to exercise much. I am so looking forward to spring and summer! Can't wait to be outside!..

How's everyone? I'm down 2.2 lbs, so back to 175.4. Get this, G is begging me to do Atkins with him again, and he keeps saying "I'm going to do it, for real this time" *rolls eyes*. I told him he doesn't stick with it and the weight loss is too slow for me....he'll do it for two weeks and look like he completed a good, solid round of (h)hcg. Ideally, I'd like to stay in P2 one more week then 'work with him' in P3 which is more Atkins-like.

Wow Shari!! that is a great loss!!! I am down .4, so 187.6. I thought that was 16 but my official start was 205 so it is actually 17.4 down. I need a calculator.

Well Shari, doing Atkins with G is going to fit into P3 pretty well, so whatever you choose to do, at least you have a partner to lose with! Nobody in my family is interested in losing weight.. and eat whatever and as much as they want.. uggggggggggggggggggggg....

OH well, tomorrow is my last injection day, and then I am going to be adding in some foods. I never have followed the eat only 500 cals for 2 or 3 days and it works fine for me. Never understood that, since adding more in with HCG in my system does not cause me any instant weight gain, and never has. OH WELL.............
