** SMOOTHIE DETOX ** 30 days...30 lbs

So I tried the Master Cleanse, but it gave me the shivers after 2 days, so I am doing a Smoothie Detox. I have been eating low carb since August and have lost 50 lbs, but am now bored with eating meats etc.

I will still follow a low carb plan (no more than 60g per day), however, I will only consume healthy smoothies daily.

They are easy to make, healthy & fill you up. Plus, since they are all natural and pureed your body digests it easily and you are able to lose weight. (...average -7 lbs a week)

Join me & follow me on my journey...post smoothie recipes & weight loss progress.

I will be getting my recipes for "healthy smoothies" from Yummly.
I will eat 3-4 smoothies daily...1200 - 1500 calories max...60g carb max

*one tip...use Almond Milk or Coconut Milk.
Regular milk & dairy slows weight loss!

Here is my first smoothie for the day...

Peanut Butter Expresso Smoothie

I use only organic & natural ingredients. (ie. natural organic raw peanut butter, raw almond slices etc)
Simply delicious!
