Hey Qurlybee welcome back.

I had a bounce back of 2# from a self-induced Mexican lunch on Saturday and 2# from taking Advil because I did too much yard work on Sunday so I found myself up 4# too. I jumped on Atkins ’72 induction (basically M&E with a little cheese, green olives and lettuce) and have dropped most of it after three days. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be below my 143.4 from last Thursday and hope to continue losing on Atkins ’72 for a while concentrating on M&E style with the other stuff as garnish as needed to keep on keeping on.

Can I post here? I used to post in stills all the time but now it seems to be kind of slow over there and I need some support! I have gained 40 lbs since September (its my last year of college) because I eat all my stress

I think I may have posted in M & E once or twice before and you all seemed really nice. If I remember correctly M & E is only meat and eggs and is higher fat so it should be the closest to stillmans for someone like me. Correct me if I am wrong. The higher fat may be better for me as I am eating lots and lots now so the higher calories will hopefully make it easier for me to stick with it.

Thanks for the invite Mae! Hi everyone.. I was found in another thread and invited over here...I am also back on plan after a terrible year of surgeries and immobilization. Thankfully I only regained 25 of the 60 I had lost over the years. I am already down 9.2 pounds since Monday and on a roll!

Today's weight: 141.2 (I don't know if losing 3 more lbs before the 28th is even reasonable, but I'm still hoping for it!)
B: Coffee (haven't been very hungry for breakfast in a while)
L: Pizza toppings (like... a crap ton... like the amount from 6 pieces!)
D: Hot wings and ranch!

I've decided to M&E until 135 just to give myself a bit of cushion, so if I gain 4 lbs again while still trying to figure out my primal plan (Heaven forbid!), I still will be in the 130s. I never want to see the 140s again. Telling myself I would never see the 160s and the 150s again always reeled me back in if I ever got off track. If I found myself getting crazy, I always reminded myself that I would NEVER see those numbers again, and it would kick my butt into gear. I want to do the same for the 140s as well.

Hi all.
It's time for my weekly weigh-in.
This week I am proud to say that I lost 2.8lbs.
I am grateful for this loss esp. since I wasnt 100% clean in my eating this week (one fast food trip) . At the same time though I am glad to know that I can still lose while still "living a little." Hope everyone is doing well. Cheers!

WTG, NAF!

I had a non-scale victory yesterday: I fit into my old junior size 7/8 jeans comfortably and without a muffin top! I always told myself I would get back in them and I am super happy that I finally did!

Weight: 140.4
Breakfast was 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream using Kent Altena's recipe. I don't think I can post the link to the video, but it is 1/2 cup hwc, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 Tb of sweetener (I used 1 packet of Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Stevia) shaken up in a container with salt and ice. It took me about 5 minutes of shaking and it was sooooo worth it!

I think I will have some leftover chuck roast for lunch and sausage with mustard for dinner.

I so agree Mar! My kids are off at least one day of the weekend so we try to eat bruncheon or somehting together, so a day I often allow myself bread within reason, lol. Glad you're here. You can do it! Rooting for ya.
