Good morning everyone!

I thought I might as well bite the bullet and weigh in even though I wanted to avoid the scale until Friday to make sure all my Thanksgiving bloat is gone...
Since I am already all carbed up and thus carry the water weight I will continue to eat higher carb, may be I can control the hunger a bit better when I add more veggies and whole grains, but try to stay away from processed foods, we'll see, I know I have to come up with something I can live with without starving and feeling deprived.

Goal Weight for DECEMBER: 185 pounds or less, Stay under 10000 calories weekly (roughly 1400 a day) AND don't binge!!! Planed free day for Christmas

I'll join you guys! I calorie count, but I'm also following Stillman's this month. I try to eat higher calories on Mon/Wed/Fri since they are the days I work out with a personal trainer. Since Stillman's is more high protein, lower fat.. finding it a bit hard to up the calories. Will work on that a bit more this week!

Goal Weight for DECEMBER: 170lbs (secretly.. lower but I'll go with this as a realistic goal!)

Good morning everyone! I did pretty good yesterday. I accidentally under ate my calories. I totally forgot that I had planned to have two pieces of chicken, lol, so I am readjusting my numbers below.

I dropped 1.2lbs since yesterday's weigh in. Come on 170's!
