Contrats, Maryann. YOU ARE DOING AWESOME!! The 150's are so near and am sure you will be there very soon - maybe tomorrow. I will keep my fingers crossed and please keep your fingers crossed for me, too. Hopefully, I can see the 130's by the end of the week.

Hi Gals,
I'm crawling back in shame and disgust. I have no excuse except that I didn't "nip the pounds in the BUTT " when I first started gaining. Instead, I just said to H*LL with it and kept gaining. All that hard work down the drain. I got on the scale at work and it is about 4# heavier than mine at home, but I'm going to go by that weight.

Do Over Date: 11/27/13: 143.6

I am going back to strict low carb and counting calories which is how I dropped the weight in the first place.

Congrats MG and HTL! You are doing AWESOME!

Maryann: It has to be water, I sincerely doubt that you ate 17,500 extra calories!!!

Joanne,
Don't beat yourself up. Think we have all done that - I know I have so many times over and over. Sometimes if the scale doesn't cooperate, I get discouraged, but am determined this time.
Know you will get the #'s off quickly. Right now, I am eating most of my calories in the morning and is the only thing that seems to work for me right now.

Hello everyone!!

Just popping in to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!!! No, I have not forgotten about you guys nor did I abandon the board, but I have been going through some major changes at my job. My responsibilities have changed and I feel like I may have bitten off more than I can chew, a lot of new things to learn, working late every night, and frankly I don't know if I can do it all. My weight has stayed about the same, fluctuating between the same few pounds but that is about to change tomorrow since I am planning on putting myself into a chocolate coma, then of course right back on the wagon until Christmas.

Hope and Mommy...you guys are doing great! Mommy I think I might sign up for WW next month, my insurance will start covering it in December!

Maryann...just WATER!!!


Joanne...scoot over, we'll do this together!
