WW seem to be the way to go for me...

You're doing great....I have my WW stuff out and I'm ready to go....I have the 1980s version but it worked so well for me back then and I prefer it over the new WW.

Thanks ladies..Autumn...it doesn't matter what version you have,it makes you aware of everything that goes in your stomach...


I'm glad it's working pretty good...had a blood work last week...doctor call yesterday...blood work was good except my platelets are high...so going to the specialist next week...at time google can be good but other times scary with everything that's out there...i'm feeling so much better since i started WW,lots of energy not bloated all the time...and no more heartburns...so it's all good....but i'm scared to see what comes out of this....the waiting is the worse..

Went Cosco yesterday,had a hotdog,thinking it wouldn't of been too many points....check this morning...14pts...and i'm allowed 26pts @day..so of course i was over,cause that was at the end of the day....in case you're wondering what i'm talking about i'm following Weight Watchers..and i do love it...it really make you aware of all the food you put in your month...

Maryann...that's what i love about WW...all component of eating are important(carbs,protein,fats,fiber),you go on a point systems...you're allowed to eat whatever as long as you stay in your point...your fruits and vegetables are free..you can eat as much as you want...so it had teach me to eat my fruits and vegetable cause i never did...and still have my carbs in portion..it's has to be a way of life.

Good morning to everyone. Have been gone due to my computer crashing. Didn't have my puter, so ate too much (shame on me) and am up a little today but am back on track so, hopefully, will come off soon. I will be weighing next Sunday to start a new week off.

Good to see you back, Maryann. Sounds like you really did well on your trip by maintaining. Sometimes, I have found that I do better when I am away, too. I think for me, at home food is too available.

Hi Autumn and Mommy Gates.

My goal by Nov 1 is 138, but with Thanksgiving this week, I am a little scared. I am fixing turkey, and if I don't eat too many trimmings, I should be fine. I have a Dr. appt week after next, so need to get my weight down a little so I won't get scolded
