Fat Fast with Atkins Induction ?

I have done pretty well on my Induction diet plan so far"
UD use Atkins Induction 72 version with average 70/26/4%; DD fast - no food). But I think I have hit my plateau or stalling or fell out of ketosis...something is going on.

I am near end of my 2nd week. I noticed today that I no longer have the ketosis breath and my weight has gained. My diet has not changed with the exception of an increase in calories the last two UD from 1200 to 1600 (I ate lunch), but I have not cheated not once. So I was wondering has anyone done a Fat Fast alternating days with Atkins Induction diet and if it helped? Or should I just do fat fast for a few days? Or keep as is and wait it out?

Below i have listed my weight since starting - notice the increase last.

Can't answer but I will share my experience. For a while I did once a week fat fast, with induction the rest of the time. I seem to overreact to protein. I'd lose 3 lb in one day on fat fast, but I'd regain it over the rest of the week. I seem to lose well on high fat but can't
Lose if my protein is over about 75 g/ day.

The obvious question for your situation is are you seeing a normal fluctuation due to time of month or even just the natural scale fluctuations, and therefore will it go back down if you just keep doing what you are doing? Time will tell.

I hope you can get it figured out! This process can sure be frustrating!
