I need a meat and egg fast

I am suffering carb creep and the added weight that goes with that.

I keep trying to cut back but not doing it. I don't want these few pounds to creep up higher.

So, as of now, I am on a meat and egg fast.

Anyone want to join me? I need support!

I'm on finishing day 4 of the meat & egg fast & down -2.4 lbs ! So far so good, energy up, calories way up and the bloat is gone. Not missing my fruit & veggies like I thought I would. The extra fat is so yummy and my favorite is egg salad Will keep it up until I stop losing and then add back in carbs very very slowly.

There's a post for this and a recipe thread on the 'other plans' forum if anyone's interested. I did megging (meat and eggs) this time last year and had some of my best weekly losses on it - I megged during the week and added veggies at the weekend.

So far, eggs fried over easy, and 2 cups of bulletproof coffee for breakfast. Lunch will prob be another egg this time scrambled, and im making simple chicken breasts baked with seasons and olive oil. I am doing one week, and not weighing myself till a week from today. If all goes well, I might try going longer

BTW, I only put butter in my BP coffee, no SF syrup or anything like that. I am just considering the butter to be fat, on this meat and egg fasts.

4 eggs for lunch.

I am going to cook some chicken thighs for dinner.

Not eating salads is going to be hard for me. Maybe eating them on weekends isn't a bad idea.

I feel good. Strong and motivated!

I do eggs (prepared any way I want), any meat, and I do butter, olive oil, and mayo...sometimes hot sauce. No veggies, cheese, etc. You can also just do eggs if you feel brave enough! Everyone seems to do it a bit differently. For me, i need to add hot sauce sometimes to keep me from getting overly bored.
