Start Date: 23 sept 2013 monday

Hey im new to this site i have been low carbing (under 100g) for a couple of weeks now so far i feel great! but i workout 6x a week for a hour each day i also do HIIT, and i eat alot of protein and fat and i stay under 100g carbs each day but my calories are just too low i aim for 1600 but i sometimes even only make it to 1000 and i am burning 300kc a day too.. what can i do? i also dont thiink my mentabolism is very fast i dont get hungry easily i only have 3 meals a day please help!
