I take an salad made up of hardboiled eggs chopped up, chopped tomatoes, chopped avocado, fresh cut basil and chives, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Always a hit, never any left overs, even when i want them

Good morning my friends I returned from my 2 week holiday at the beach and (stupidly) hopped on the scales Not surprisingly I'm up 2kgs (4.4lbs) and am not happy with myself

Woke up this morning and decided to do M&E for the next 3 days leading up to Christmas. Hopefully I'll repair the small amount of damage I've done before it gets too out of hand at this time of year

Here's the menu plan for today:
B: 3 x eggs fried in a bit of butter, coffee with HWC
S: Frozen iced coffee with HWC & stevia (it's HOT here at the moment)
L: 2 eggs mashed with some mayo, couple of slices of ham
D: Pork mince balls made with some sage, onion powder and other spices
S: (if needed) hard boiled egg
PLUS 45 mins on elliptical trainer and some light weights

Hi to all of the usuals (you know who you are ) Quick mention to NAF and your great weight loss... I love reading everyone's ups and downs, trial and tribulations here, it's a good way to remind me that we are all human and make the same mistakes.

Well, it is officially Winter here in the United States. I thought it would be neat to see just how much weight I lost in total this season. The first day of Fall was September 22nd according to the calendar, so from September 22- December 21st, I lost 16lbs... with fluctuations, hits-and-misses, and a couple of falls-off-the-wagon, along the way. But you know, that is normal and to be expected. But to lose 16lbs in 59 days, that's not too shabby!

Here's hoping that we all have great success here in Winter.

P.S. Anyone willing to make and start the WINTER thread for us?
I would, but I am not good at making "catchy" titles and what not. Once one is made be sure to put it here so we can continue sharing our stories and feedback!
