Ericka.. that's why i've started JUDD,,my eating was out of control,binging all the time..got to get control again..i figure i was going to give JUDD a go,at least it's telling me how much calories to have,nothing to lose at this point...

Tay for how long did you do JUDD and how much did you lose?? it's too bad when something works for you that something happens and you have to change your way of eating..

Maryann..hang in there girl...you can do it..restaurant eating will do it everytime...who wants to eat a salad,when there so many other interesting variety...

Stayed on plan yesterday but did have a little xanthan gum to thicken a shake so think that is the reason for the scale bouncing. Seems like I remember this having that effect on me once before.

Howdy!

I have come crawling back after falling off the wagon HARD and getting run over What have I learned from this episode? That LC is the only WOE that I can do, as I am sooooo sensitive to carbs. I'm back on plan FOREVER...no sugar (my biggest downfall) and nothing WHITE. I think I put wayyyyy too much pressure on myself to lose the last #'s, and I have to realize IT IS NOT A RACE!
