Hope you've all had a great weekend.
Managed to clock up 16 km of walking so far this month and the hills are starting to get easier!

Think I've fallen off the waggon a little bit food-wise this weekend but we'll see on my weigh in on Wednesday!

Hope...Thanks! But these are just bounces from doing low carb one day and high carb the next! My weight will be back up tomorrow because today is a high carb day, actually I might keep on doing high carb because I have noticed that it helps me with my binging issues that I have developed while doing JUDDD. The high fiber in all the fruits, veggies and whole grains fills me up so much more than the low carb non fibrous foods and I really have to find something I can live with!

Good morning!

See!!! I told you the weight would be up! LOL But for once I am NOT going to sweat it, in fact I decided to continue with high carb because I am so much more content in the evenings, if I'm hungry I know I can always grab a piece of fruit that has only 100 calories, while munching on a block of cheese runs me about 1000! I just have to give my body the chance to get used to this way of eating, and I know I didn't get fat on fruits and veggies....

Maryann, yesterday sure was a miserable day here in western mass, when I left the office at 4 pm it read 100 degrees downtown, and on top of that is was super humid!!! Lawd, I sure hope today will be better, I can't deal with this kind of heat!

Hi all!!

Well the weight bounced back up...of course!! But I will not let it get to me, I didn't eat an extra 5000 calories so I know it's just water I also have to add that I no longer do the low carb thing, it has been nothing but backfiring on me, I eat anything I want (added tons of fruit and veggies), but try to stay around 1500-1600 calories which should give me a loss of about 1/2 pound a week, not going to cut it any lower, I have to learn how to eat right, something I can stick with for life and not just a quick fix, I think I have tortured my body long enough with all these different diets , that is why it has been fighting me so hard...

Didn't have time to weigh Saturday morning....I never weigh until I've been out of bed for at least 30 minutes.....I had to much to do today and had to get around. I didn't eat much today either....I didn't even have time for that
