Good morning to all and welcome Genie.
I am back and am doing this along with high carb simple eating - think I do better keeping it simple for a while at least until I can see a loss and get encouraged by that.
I am going to stay off of the scale for a while and then will be posting weight. I am so bummed by all of the bouncing that I do on the scale so think that is best that I just stay off for a while.

THIS WEEK I WAS RUNNING ALL OVER THE BOARD FINALLY I LOST 3 LBS THIS WEEK,SO AT LEAST THE SCALE IS MOVING DOWN AGAIN EVEN IF IT ONLY 1 LB FOR MY GOAL THIS MONTH AND NOT 6 LIKE I PLANNED.

Good morning Maryann and Joannew,
I am back to calorie counting. I just need to realize that all of these "quick fixes" just don't work for me. Since I have a few health issues, I just can't do those anymore. So, from now on, I am just going to be counting calories. Food restriction is just not my thing at my age I am sorry to say. Used to be able to do it when I was younger and really lose. Not anymore, so I am back to this and plan on staying. I will try to be faithful to this and report daily. If I don't come here, I just don't get along so well. I really need the support. For the past few weeks, I have been struggling.

I worked so hard to get here and I do this? ABSOLUTELY the last time. I WILL stay on track from now on. And I changed my mind about getting down to 125#. I'm going to do it by my 60th birthday on 10/7! If I look awful, I know how to gain the weight back!!!!No problem there!:p
