Rosedale Diet

I am just starting the Rosedale Diet. I have achieved success at 25 when doing Atkins, but since turning 40 (20 yrs ago) it seems I just cant stay on it. The Rosedale Diet seems more in line with the science I have learned and I am hoping this just turned 60 chick can finally lose all this belly fat!! Is anybody else doing this diet?

Very interesting information on his site. After reading thru it, I think I have been going waaaaaayyyyy over on my protein allotment...like seriously over could be why I never lose any weight I'm gonna go back and read thru it. There are alot of good principles, and have been doing mostly PhD style eating and have even started fermenting some veggies to try out. I really can't figure out why it is always hard for me to loose...
