WOE: One meal a day CAD style

I am not 100% for sure but she has been doing it on and off for at least 2 months experimenting with it and has been maintaining or even some time losing eating like that! It works for her. I tried it for 5 days but only eat one meal a day and I was eating a large salad with ranch, a large ribeye, an ice mocha, and usually a few cookies AND 2 cups of ice cream and didn't lose but I just maintained at 216 lbs. I don't exercise which could be part of it. I think for the right metabolism it really does work. It sounds like for her (she doesn't do the starchy cookies like I do) that it works out to a portion each of carbs, fat, protein, and veggies/fiber.
