I've haven't counted a calorie for probably 5 days....family celebrations going on and everyone wants to eat out why does everything revolve around food calorie wise...not bad, but more carbs than I need.

Down a couple pounds this morning....still feeling bloated though. Does anyone here get upper abdominal bloat???? I get it all the time and I don't know why......some days I look 9 months pregnant

I don't think I added the calories right as I ate out and guessed but that is too high for me to see a slight drop.

Based on above calories I'm moving my target to 1700 calories and see how that does.

Everyone have a great Memorial weekend! Don't be tempted to with all the good food. When in starvation mode (eating fewer calories than the body requires for an extended time) the body will convert all excess calories to fat.

My body is adjusting quickly to target weight and calorie consumption going up while weight staying stable. New target calories is 1800, yay!!
