Ate some nuts as a snack...but i should know nuts are good proteins but lots of calories...

Hello calorie busters!

Tried to weigh in this morning but my scale numbers are all over the place, I think it might be time to get a new one

APRIL GOAL To work my way back down as close as possible to my lowest weight so I can actually start losing real weight again!


Week one ending weight-176.4---9 lbs to go to lowest weight

Week Two
Sunday 4-7--------174.2 Slowly but surely losing my 15 lbs March bloat
Monday 4-8--------DNW...too snacky and don't want to get discouraged
Tuesday 4-9-------175.6 I was good yesterday, so that's Sundays snacking
Wednesday 4-10--174.8
Thursday 4-11----174.8-180.4
Friday 4-12-------
Saturday 4-13----

Maryann...Going down

Sharon...I Go to walgreens a lot in the mornings before work, I will have to check for those chips! They wouldn't happen to have humonguous pieces of chocolate cakes for 100 calories?

Mommy...I hear you there on the weekends, they get me every time! Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can get out there fishing the river banks and forget about eating!

Everybody is hanging in there or inching down!

Erika...Scales misbehave every once in awhile. Move it and make sure nothing slipped under it. Your low weight is your real weight so take it. Wouldn't that be nice to have low calorie chocolate cake! I'm still feeling sorry for myself for still waiting for my piece of Birthday Chocolate Cake. Truthfully, it's been such a struggle to lose one pound or even 1/2 pound, it's hard for me to blow it. I am lucky though as I don't have a son bringing home pastries. THAT would be a different story!

MG...And here I thought Pop Chips was a new product.

Wukong...Don't you hate it when you read stuff and it makes you hungry for that? When I read posts on the LCF Lobby and posters write specifics about the foods they boo-booed on, it makes me sooo hungry. About as bad as all the food ads on TV <- which I mute and turn away so I can't see them!

Curious as to when everyone weighs themselves as that can be a big source of weight variance? I always way first thing in the morning prior to eating but after relieving as I found that is the lowest my weight gets for the day. I also weigh at night too just to see how much I'll drop while sleeping, which is usually anywhere from 2.5lbs to 4lbs by morning weigh-in.

Joannew...I can so relate to the difficulty of the last five pounds. I was stuck for two weeks after reaching my middle goal before moving again. Since you are so consistent, I doubt your stall will be as bad. What is vlc?

Wukong...My weigh-in schedule is the same - bathroom, then scales - except I never weigh after my morning weigh-in. Scale always goes up and that's normal for everyone.

Maryann...Thank you I work in the intake department of a Home Health care agency and it has been a rough week, but yesterday was just over the top. Before a holiday weekend the hospital discharges/ home care admissions are way out of control

Went to a pinnocle party where they had some delicious food and desserts where I'm sure I overate by 500 calories so expect to be up tomorrow

Sharon, I'd like to get my visceral fat down to 7 which means I'll either need to get down to 175 or work out a lot more to build up muscle. After that I'll need to maintain for 2 to 4 weeks to get the body used to the new weight and additional calories. So I'll be here for awhile longer with you ladies for your wonderful support!

Everyone is making such great effort in reaching goals this week Keep at it and keep the sugars / sodas / pastries / pasta / breads to a minimum if you can! Try and set new goals for yourself in whatever exercise you do. I started at one pullup and am now at 11 and started at 12 pushups and can now do 55. Realistically I maybe average 10 to 15 minutes of exercise a day (with most of it walking / running every other day or so) so it doesn't take much.

Erika...Have you had your Doctor's appt and blood work yet?

Wukong...Excellent plan. When I started in this Thread I had my Goal at 125 lbs, but changed it to 121 lbs because I knew I'd step up weights which would add pounds.

You're so right on, Wukong, about the exercise. I've been very frustrated because anything I try I end up paying for in pain. Today is my 7th day of loading (double normal dosage/per directions) of "Move Free" Glucosamine. I'm going to try to do something today and then soak in a hot tub tonight. Sure hope this helps.

Good morning everyone!

No weigh-in today, the scales only give me some all cut up numbers, I guess I finally have to get batteries, or may be a new scale


APRIL GOAL To work my way back down as close as possible to my lowest weight so I can actually start losing real weight again!

Sharon sure hope that helps with the pain! It'll probably take a week or two so be patient and let that part of your body rest to allow healing.
